I promised I’d share more details on the Revolution of You Boot Camp coming up in July when I posted about it a few weeks ago, and since we’re focused on healthy eating this week, now seemed like a good time to share…
be sure to check out week 3!
Here is what your four-week boot camp schedule will look like:
Module 1 – Thursday, July 12, 2012: Webinar “Your Map to Success”
- Setting 2012 goals and figuring out what you specifically want in the different areas of your life. During the program we’ll focus on your 3 main goals (the ones you desperately want to happen in your life NOW).
- 30-day plan to move closer to goals with daily and weekly action steps (so you’re baby-stepping to your goals and not overloaded your already-busy life.
- Learning the Be -> Feel -> Do -> Get cycle and how to change your internal beliefs about what’s possible. This will be a HUGE “aha” for most people.
- Creating your Revolution Statement and understanding how this process of “brainwashing” your subconscious will help you achieve powerful results.
- Overcoming limiting beliefs so nothing can stop you from achieving your goals.
- Designing your new Morning Adventure. This alone will completely revamp your attitude and levels of fulfillment and peace.

- Overcoming limiting beliefs so nothing can stop you from achieving your goals.
- Creating a fun, streamlined exercise plan (how to get more while doing less) that you’ll enjoy doing while toning and firming your bod.
- The benefits of resistance training and walking and how these two can be easily incorporated in your schedule (and budget).
- Simple tips for motivation and follow through. If you’re not motivated, you’ll quit before you get started. This isn’t a “rah rah” session but specific principles to make motivation part of your DNA.
- Which supplements will improve mood, weight loss and energy levels.
- What to do if you’re “weight loss resistant” or struggling with a health condition (specific extras for those who need an extra weight loss/health boost).
- Essential vitamins, the ones you need to be taking, and identifying which ones are a waste of your time and money.
Module 3 – Thursday, July 26 2012: Webinar “Permission to Eat Freely: Second Edition”
- Developing a meal plan that’s delicious, nutritious and easy to follow.
- Disaster control: What to do when you “mess up” (which will inevitably happen), and how to burn the wagon (you know, the one you keep falling off of).
- Which beverages are the most effective for weight loss and curbing cravings, and which ones you absolutely need to be weaned off of (slowly).
- Where to find recipes (including cocktails and desserts) that are Katie-approved (no, I do not keep personal recipes because I can’t follow directions or remember what I make).
- How to stay on track during holidays and special occasions. This alone is your ticket to keeping weight off and staying healthy while enjoying these special times.
- Easy ways to plan ahead, even if you “don’t have the time” to pack food. How to be prepared even if you have a full schedule (who doesn’t?).

Module 4 – Thursday, August 2, 2012: Webinar “Mastering the Principles of Self-Care”
